Global Green USA is the US affiliate of Green Cross International. Formed by President Mikhail Gorbachev, Green Cross International and Global Green USA’s mission is to foster a global value shift toward a
sustainable and secure world through education, advocacy, partnerships, and programs focused on the safe elimination of weapons of mass destruction, stemming climate change, reducing resource use, and
preventing conflicts over fresh water. Acting as a catalyst, facilitator, and mediator, Global Green encourages collaborative approaches and crosscutting solutions to environmental challenges.
Tree Media Group created their website that explains their mission and programs. The site collects online donations, sells their publications and houses a motion media piece on “What you Can do about Climate Change.” Much of the site is managed by an online content management system that allows Global Green to manage their website independently.
