Johanna Schulte-Hillen

General Counsel

Johanna serves as Tree Media Group's general counsel and COO. Born and raised in Germany and Minnesota, Johanna moved to Los Angeles in 2001 after completing her German legal training. She was subsequently awarded a Masters of Law from UCLA and admitted to the California bar. She worked in the corporate department of Loeb & Loeb LLP from 2004 to 2008. Johanna is equally proficient in English and German (both spoken and written). She pursued the opportunity to work at Tree Media Group after viewing The 11th Hour.
